Just get the IMEI number from the seller or dial *#06# on your device and verify it.

Sellers often grade their phones based on their cosmetic condition, for instance “Like New,” “Very Good,” “Good”. Therefore, you should always closely inspect the condition of the device before purchasing it. 

After the cosmetic evaluation, you should also check battery health (how much capacity is left vs. original original), and whether the phone is fully functional. This includes checking the camera, buttons, charging, network lock and whether it is unlocked so you can use your carrier.

We offer 3 to 12 months of warranty on parts and labour. You can also choose whether we will use genuine parts or third-party replacements for the repair.
